Saturday Soiree Blog Party #3
Is it just me or has this week flown by? I am trying to soak up every last drop of summer since I head back to teaching part-time next week. It’s been a summer full of change for our family, but I loved playing in the sun with the babies and watching them grow before my very eyes.
Week in Review
This week I concluded my series, Lessons from Autism and shared how God is changing my heart by parenting a child with special needs. God’s lessons are divulged in The Joy of Peace and Amazing Grace. I know that as she grows and her needs change, God will continue to mold me as I learn to meet her exactly where she needs it most. We may struggle from time to time, but God is bigger than our failures and will provide strength and peace along the way! Plus, I LOVE my girl and am blessed to call her daughter, so that helps too!
Last Week’s Featured Posts
We had 42 entries at the Saturday Soiree Blog Party for week #2! I am blown away by the response and have been completely inspired by these stories. Congrats to all on amazing work and thank you for sharing your heart with us! These featured posts from last week will be pinned to my Pinterest Board- Blog Love. Stop by and check it out here.
This post by Chantelle from Happy, Healthy, Holy Home might have been a page from my journal! I am thankful for her honesty and for the lessons learned from those moments we don’t reflect God’s character.
Elizabeth from Yes, They’re All Ours shares her heart in this AMAZING series about marriage, titled Marriage Mondays. I love that she is biblical and so practical as she discusses marriage. She’s my new hero as she describes married life with 10 kids!
Full of Inspiration
Michelle from Considering Grace has SUCH an inspirational blog! She vulnerably shares her heart about her battle with chronic pain but always glorifies the Lord in her anointed words. I walk away inspired every time I visit her!
